A legal disclaimer

All services provided by I/E Josef Hashmi are performed under the laws of Georgia and in accordance with the Civil Code of Georgia governing service agreements.

Deliverables are provided as consultancy and creative services, not as financial guarantees or performance warranties.

The client acknowledges that all outcomes depend on external market and operational factors and assumes full responsibility for their implementation and results.

Refund Policy

All payments made to I/E Josef Hashmi are final once the onboarding process has begun.

Onboarding is considered to have started after the initial consultation or first client meeting, at which point project planning, resource allocation, and internal work processes commence.

 

Refunds are not available after this stage. Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

 

  1. Duplicate payment; or

  2. Proven billing error.

 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of payment.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Terms and Conditions

  1. By submitting payment, the client confirms acceptance of the proposal, pricing, and deliverables issued by I/E Josef Hashmi.

  2. All invoices are issued in accordance with Georgian tax law and must be settled within the stated payment terms.

  3. The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, access, and feedback required to perform the agreed services.

  4. I/E Josef Hashmi reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, contractual breach, or lack of cooperation.

  5. Marketing performance and outcomes depend on multiple external variables, and no fixed results or performance guarantees are implied.

  6. Any disputes arising from the agreement shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, jurisdiction is held by the Tbilisi City Court, Georgia.
